DEVRAN — the 80 mm all-rounder

DEVRAN has been part of CEYLAN cutting technology since the early 2000s. The electric Döner knife works with a circular blade of Ø 80 mm and is designed for professional daily use.
The slice thickness can be adjusted directly on the device. Various Ø 80 mm circular blades are available for DEVRAN.
DEVRAN is available with the power supply units NG3 Standard, NG4 Master and NG5 Kompakt. This provides different configurations for different operating requirements.

SEYMEN — the 90 mm class

Within CEYLAN cutting technology, SEYMEN forms the 90 mm class. The electric Döner knife works with a circular blade of Ø 90 mm. SEYMEN therefore differs from the CEYLAN models with a Ø 80 mm circular blade above all in its blade geometry.
The slice thickness can be adjusted on the device. SEYMEN is available with the power supply units NG3 Standard, NG4 Master and NG5 Kompakt.

HERAN 2 — proven 80 mm generation

HERAN 2 belongs to an earlier generation of electric CEYLAN Döner knives and is listed as a phase-out model.
The device works with a circular blade of Ø 80 mm and is available with the power supply units NG3 Standard and NG4 Master. For the HERAN 2 NG4 Master version, a daily capacity of up to 200 kg* is specified.
Various assemblies as well as spare and wear parts remain available for HERAN 2.

Servo system in combination with NG4 Master
During cutting, the mechanical load on the drive changes depending on meat structure, cutting position and cutting technique.
The servo system used with NG4 Master adapts the motor control to this changing load and thus counteracts a load-related drop in speed. NG4 Master is intended for DEVRAN, SEYMEN and HERAN 2; the power supply units NG3 Standard and NG5 Kompakt are intended for SARAN.
Power supply via separate power supply unit
Power is supplied via a separate power supply unit. 230 V is fed in on the mains side; the hand unit operates at 28 V. The current model families are equipped with motors from maxon.

Modular design
CEYLAN cutting technology has a modular design. Cutting parts, head parts, motor parts, power supply units, circular blades as well as mechanical and electrical spare and wear parts are available separately depending on model and version. When maintenance or repair is needed, individual components can thus be replaced specifically, provided the corresponding spare part is available for the respective device version.
