Commercial customers

CEYLAN® addresses commercial customers only, within the meaning of §14 of the German Civil Code, as well as legal persons under public law, public-law special funds, authorities, associations and social and church institutions. There is no sale to consumers under §13 of the German Civil Code. All prices are net, plus VAT.

Information on the take-back of waste equipment (B2B take-back scheme)

Information pursuant to the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)

CEYLAN GmbH is registered as a producer of electrical and electronic equipment with the stiftung elektro-altgeräte register (stiftung ear).

Our appliances are intended exclusively for commercial use (B2B equipment within the meaning of the ElektroG) and must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste. They are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.

Take-back of waste equipment

Waste electrical and electronic equipment contains valuable raw materials that should be reused or properly recycled. For CEYLAN brand appliances placed on the market after 13 August 2005, CEYLAN GmbH offers commercial end users the following return option:

Registration: Register the return of your waste appliance with us before sending it back — stating the appliance type, quantity and your contact details:

Coordination: We agree the return procedure with you and name the delivery point.
Delivery: Unless contractually agreed otherwise, the waste equipment is delivered by the end user at their own cost to the designated take-back point.
Disposal: We send the returned waste equipment for proper treatment, reuse or recovery in accordance with the requirements of the ElektroG.

Note on data protection: Where waste equipment contains personal or other sensitive data (for example data stored in controllers), the end user is responsible for deleting such data before returning it.

Note on batteries and rechargeable batteries: Where waste equipment contains batteries or rechargeable batteries that can be removed without destruction, these must be removed before return and passed on for separate collection.
